Reporting a calendar problem
Include the page address, the province or territory and the school board if relevant. Identify the entry that appears wrong and provide a link to the official calendar supporting the correction.
A brief explanation is enough. Please leave out student records, personal schedules and other information that is not needed to check the entry.
Describing an accessibility barrier
Describe which page or feature caused difficulty, what you were trying to do and what happened. Include your browser or assistive technology if you know it.
If the contact form itself is difficult to use, the same information can be sent through the email link on the page.
How messages are sent and answered
